专委会委员个人简介——王智超

王智超，1980年9月出生，湖北荆州人，中共党员，博士、教授，湘潭大学土木工程学院党委委员、道路与桥梁工程系主任，“岩土力学与工程安全”湖南省重点实验室副主任，湖南省岩石力学与工程学会副理事长、湖南省力学学会理事、第九届全国流变学专业委员会青年委员。先后主持国家自然科学基金和湖南省自科学科基金3项、国家留学基金1项，主持其它纵横向课题18项；发表学术论文70多篇，其中被SCI、EI收录论文30余篇；申请国家专利15项。主要从事道路工程研究，研究特色为流变学，并在岩土本构模型理论、路基沉降计算、地下工程以及路面工程方面有所专长。2017～2019年入选湘潭大学韶峰学者特聘岗，2014年获第八届中国流变学青年奖。主要经历：2002年本科毕业于湖南科技大学（原湘潭工学院）土木工程系；2002年9月进入湘潭大学基础力学与材料工程研究所攻读硕士，后硕博连读，并于2011年6月获“一般力学与力学基础”专业博士学位；2012年1月～2015年3月在同济大学地下建筑与工程系，开展岩土工程方向的博士后研究工作；先后于2014年和2019年赴英国华威大学和澳大利亚墨尔本大学做访问学者。

Biography of Professor: 

Dr. Wang Zhichao, born in September 1980 in Jingzhou, Hubei Province, is a Professor and CPC member. He currently serves as Director of the Department of Road and Bridge Engineering and a faculty committee member of the College of Civil Engineering at Xiangtan University, while also holding the position of Deputy Director at the Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering Safety. His professional affiliations include Vice President of the Hunan Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Council Member of the Hunan Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and Youth Committee Member of the 9th National Committee on Rheology. Dr. Wang has secured significant research funding as Principal Investigator for 3 NSFC/Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 China Scholarship Council grant, and 18 additional government/industry-sponsored projects. His scholarly output comprises over 70 peer-reviewed publications, including 30+ SCI/EI-indexed papers, along with 15 filed national patents. Specializing in road engineering with a research focus on rheology, he possesses expertise in geotechnical constitutive modeling, subgrade settlement calculation, underground engineering, and pavement technology. His honors include the prestigious Shaofeng Distinguished Scholar endowed chair position at Xiangtan University (2017-2019) and the 8th Chinese Rheology Youth Award (2014). Dr. Wang earned his B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Hunan University of Science and Technology (2002), followed by consecutive M.S./Ph.D. studies at Xiangtan University where he obtained his doctorate in General Mechanics and Mechanics Fundamentals (2011). He conducted postdoctoral research in geotechnical engineering at Tongji University (2012-2015) and was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Warwick, UK (2014) and the University of Melbourne, Australia (2019).
